This one looks nice... in potential. Let's forget about MSI's iffy performance in earlier PMP times (MV560 and such) and see what their upcoming Mega View 588 has to offer.

Not bad, not bad at all. Pretty compact (basically a Zen Vision with a large behind), AV-in/Out, nice QVGA screen, lotsa cool features (e.g. USB Host & SD slot)... reasonable battery life for video playback (kind of skimpy for audio, though). Could have used a 30 or 40GB drive too.

Should hit the stores any time now (in Europe, that is) at some 439 Euro. That's a bit steep but still pretty normal around here, so don't worry about that.
