Well, nothing really worth getting all worked up about, but it's nice to see that the Mpio FL-400 seems to be real indeed.
Some Swiss webshop offers it at 249/299 Swiss Franc respectively (512MB, 1GB), which translates into some 160 & 190 Euro. Pretty steep but it does look sleek and all.
Quick recap: 512MB/1GB internal flash memory,2-line inverted LCD screen, USB2.0, supports MP3/ WMA / ASF / OGG Vorbis/WMA DRM, plays for about 8.5 hour per battery charge (built-in li-ion, rechargeable via USB & AC adapter) and measures 50 x 30 x 12,8 mm @ 28 gram. FYI: that's pretty damn small, but nowhere near MobiBlu DAH-1500i (cube) values yet.
Release date is set to "end of November", according to these lads. They also list the 8GB HD400 to be available by then.

If that thing is not using a standard 3.5mm headphone socket, then this baby will be good for about 3 months only in my experience. That's how long my phones usually last before I snag them on something and break 'em.
Still, I guess at least it means it won't be the li-ion battery that restricts the device's life expectancy.
