Cases from Noreve - New Galleries

Noreve sent us a selection of their leather cases to check out so we made some new galleries:

iPod nano leather case | Sony PSP leather case | iAudio X5 leather case | Zen Micro leather case

Overall I'd say that the materials, design, and attention to detail are very good. Definately better than the cases you'll find at the local Best Buy ($ 30), and similiar to the Vaja brand cases ($ 60-100). Typical price for a Noreve case is right in between (about $ 45) so it seems like a fair deal to me. Noreve is based in Europe and ships worldwide.

Anyone else wondering what a scantily-clad young lady running on the beach has to do with cases? Well, whatever sells. lol. Anyway, we'll be having some contests over the next few weeks to give these away (courtesy of Noreve). Some ideas:

• Whoever submits the most (useful) news
• Tragic tales of lost/broken players
• Funniest dap-related story or joke
• Any other ideas? Let us know...

I have a Noreve case for my iAudio M3L and I'm very happy with it. Good stuff.

isnt that where the hold switch is.

and isn't their advertisment style, because they are located in Saint Tropez? i guess when you are there anything can be related with beautiful women running down the beach. (toilet brush?)

as a subsidiary of Vaja cases there stuff is supposedly quality stuff too, but to me it doesn't look as cleanlined. i prefer the vaja style, but of course you pay a premium for their stuff.

Doh I thought that the case was on fully in the picture on the right, didn't reralise it was still open.

Although thinking about it as you can't get to the scroll wheel with the case closed why do you need to take hold off.

You ought to give out a case for the person with the oldest DAP. Of course, then I'd have to buy a new DAP to fit in the case. I'm sure they don't have a case for my trusty old NJB1.

The S10 was pretty ridiculously tiny, so it makes sense it didn't do video.

i can't find anything saying the s10 can playback video. the s10 couldn't even to jpg.

True, but they still put it as a novelty. Hell, the iRiver S10 was able to play back video if I am not mistaken.

Interesting enough the new iPod does support photo viewing, and even slideshow support.

@Pondy: I'd pay through the nose for it if it ticked all the boxes.

@bc: I don''t care about video, I'm after a DAP.
And on a screen that small, I don't see the point.

If Cowon or Sony made it best believe it will do video, and battery life more than 24 hours, with very good sound quality, and in the case of Cowon-codecs galore.
