Stuttering servers, be gone! While we patiently stare at our smoking hardware, we burp out a newsy on two new players by M-Cody, the company that brought you the
MX-100 &
MX-250, as well as the
MX-300 & 400. We know the latter two are out there, somewhere (
click) but ever since our M-cody PR contact decided to leave off, we haven't heard of a single status report anymore. Onwards with the MX-500 & 700 it is, then.
The MX-500 (pictured left) is basically an improved version of the MX-250, with some of the controls having moved to the front panel (good thing). The MX-700 (pictured right) seems a bit pointless, as it offers most of the MX-400's features minus the SD card slot. Both players will supposedly come in capacities up to 2GB, although we have no idea when, where and at what price.
MX-500 &
MX-700Thanks, jblock
