Live CA-C265 - is "small" small enough these days?

Looks like they've finally dropped the "Woodi" product designation over at CMtech/Live. What hasn't changed, is the company's interest in making very compact little Digital Audio players; in the past we've seen the CA-360, F-280 and F-180 to name a few, all of which were pretty dang portable players. In addition to their existing spectrum, CMtech has now launched the CA-C265. Guess what, it's pretty pocketable once more - yet memory capacities max out at 2GB again.

  • 1GB / 2GB
  • 54.4 x 39.6 x 12.7mm
  • weighs 34g
  • Output: 10mW x 2Ch(16Ω), 90dB S/N ratio
  • FM Radio
  • Supports MP3, WMA, TXT
  • MP3 Encoding
  • Battery: Li-Polymer (180mA), runs for 12 hours per charge (MP3 playback)
  • 1.2" (128 x 64 pixels), 65k color CSTN display
  • USB 2.0 High Speed compatible

Not bad, nothing too shocking either. The trouble (at least for CMtech) is, if you're really looking for something compact that can do all kinds of stuff... there's the iriver S10 already.

The silver color sexy like Samsung Yepp YP Z5, and the white one was like Shuffle with mini screen.
