Meizu just released their newest iPod, err..I mean M-series player. The Music Card (aka the M3) is clearly Meizu's answer to the Nano; having similar dimensions, design, and screen size. The player was recently released in China and
should make it over here in the next few months. Here's a run-down of it's features:
- Capacity: 2, 4, and 8GB
- 1.5" display (262K color support)
- Audio: MP3, FLAC, Ogg, WMA Lossless, and WAV
- Video: Xvid at 25fps
- FM Tuner, Voice Recorder, and Text Support
- Battery Life: 23 hours for audio, 5 hours for video
- Dimensions: 81mm x 39mm x 6.9mm
- Price (in US): $65, $80, and $120
Meizu at CeBIT 2007Say what you want about
Charbax's interview style but his DAP coverage at CeBIT 2007 was definitely respectable. Below you'll find his interview with an engineer at Meizu's booth. The video shows the Music Card in action, as well as some info on the M8.
