You know what we don't see enough of? Companies cloning Creative players. There's like a thousand variations of the iPod Shuffle out there, but I want to see some fake Zens too! After all, they say imitation is the best form of flattery. With that said, Chinese company " Yuantong" is flattering Creative very much with their Yoto Q14, a Zen Stone Plus clone.
The Clone Plus has most of the same features as the original, including an FM tuner and Voice recorder. Capacity-wise, the Q14 surpasses the Stone Plus with a 4GB model. The last notable difference is the screen orientation. The Q14 is used in a vertical manner, while the Stone Plus is controlled horizontally. It is unfortunate to see these shameless companies blatantly ripping off major companies, but this is merely a fraction of the types of piracy that transpires in China and other such countries. It's sadly a problem with no end in sight.
