Well, after all the big boys have thrown in their toys, it's time for a more modest company to show off. South-Korean Muzio - somewhat popular because of their JM-100 and JM-200 players - has announced the JM-600. Let's see what it's got to offer us.
  • 2.2GB & 4GB 1-inch micro-hdd
  • USB2.0, usb mass storage
  • USB-Host (1.1)
  • Supports MP3, WMA, Ogg, ASF, BMP, JPEG
  • 1.5 inch CSTN-LCD, 64k colors, 128 x 64 pixels
  • FM radio /recorder
  • Voice recorder (MP3 & ADPCM)
  • Line-in encoder
  • Playlists and file search supported
  • Li-polymer 3.7v, 1000mA rechargeable battery
  • 92.5 x 53.5 x 22mm

Little we've not seen before, e.g. in Diasonic's DHD-1000. Well, maybe it'll prove succesfull anyway - it's not always logics making the successes. Oh and by the way: they've also announced the JM-300. Far less-inspiring (dull, really), but available up to 1GB - so we had to mention it. You know where you read it first.
