Looking at my modest collection of DAPs, one thing stands out about them. They're all so boxy! I want something that breaks the mold and tries something different. It looks like I finally found something that fits that criteria. It's a DAP shaped like a jigsaw puzzle piece and it's made by Aigo. There aren't any details about it yet, but it appears to just be a basic player, with no screen and controls on each corner of the jigsaw piece.



Perhaps its because I spent a lot of my childhood putting puzzles together, but I really love the look of this little player. Our friends over at PMP Today mentioned an idea that really got me thinking. Imagine if this simple player could be transformed into a larger one,, simply by connecting the pieces together? You could have a PMP that's entirely made of smaller puzzle pieces! That's such a fascinating concept to me and I just wish something like really existed. Knowing me, I'd probably force the pieces in the wrong way and break the damn thing.
